PURPOSE

Only the publishing work needed,
with a clear process.

The aim is to give tennis partners videos they can use to review their form, with accurate captions and descriptions.

01

For the operator’s own channel

Only tennis practice videos selected by the operator are uploaded to the single YouTube channel the operator manages.

02

Check privately first

Videos are uploaded as private. Processing, captions, thumbnails and metadata are checked before publication on explicit instruction.

03

Resume safely without duplicates

SHA-256 hashes and deterministic markers are checked against upload history so interrupted work can resume without uploading the same video again.

SAFE WORKFLOW

Four steps to publication

The operator checks each stage, from OAuth authorisation to publication.

  1. 01

    Select

Review local videos, captions, thumbnails and Japanese metadata

  2. 02

    Authorise

Grant only the required YouTube permissions through Google’s official OAuth screen

  3. 03

    Upload privately

Keep the video private until processing and required attachments are complete

  4. 04

    Review and publish

Switch to public only after the operator’s final check and explicit approval

TRANSPARENCY

Clear about data and permissions.

We explain the information used, where it is stored, OAuth permissions and how to delete data.
